Our Team

Victoria Lacy-Wills has taught in both mainstream and special needs schools in Milton Keynes. She has been Key Stage One Leader and Inclusion Manager in the past. Her passion is SEN and she has completed the National Award for SEN Coordination and Nurture Group Network qualification. She has also completed part of her masters in Leadership and Management; when her two young boys are a bit older she will complete the rest!

Victoria has extensive ITT, NQT and ECT support experience through her work with ITT providers, her Appropriate Body role. and Teacher Apprenticeship work. Victoria is an experienced preparer and assessor for Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Status with Strictly Education 4S.

Victoria loves nothing more than spending time with her family on her days off.
